Director, Enterprise Application

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage over 90 enterprise applications with a specific focus on Finance and HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standards for enterprise architecture and development lifecycle activities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery methods and service level standards such as DevOps and Agile Development.

* Manage 90+ enterprise applications focusing on Finance and HR systems.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methods.
* Work closely with cyber security and IT Infrastructure teams.

What you'll do:

As the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will play a pivotal role in managing over 90 enterprise applications with a specific focus on Finance and HR systems. You will maintain standards for enterprise architecture and development lifecycle activities while contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery methods such as DevOps and Agile Development. Your role will involve providing cost-effective development of high-quality, high-performance, reliable, and secure enterprise systems. You will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with Systems Assurance teams, cooperate with all IT delivery arms, drive Corporate Divisional Outcomes, BAU Milestones, and SP Milestone KPIs.

* Manage 90+ enterprise applications with a specific focus on Finance and HR systems.
* Maintain standards for enterprise architecture and development lifecycle activities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methods and service level standards such as DevOps and Agile Development.
* Provide cost effective development of high quality, high performance, reliable and secure enterprise systems.
* Establish and monitor strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Systems Assurance team to streamline integration testing and deployment processes.
* Cooperate with all IT delivery arms, ensure seamless access and dissemination of corporate information across various backend and external systems.
* Drive and achieve Corporate Divisional Outcome, BAU Milestone and SP Milestone KPIs.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Director of Enterprise Applications position brings over 15 years of experience in the IT field, including 10 years in management positions. You have solid management experience in the IT enterprise applications arena, including vendor management, customisation of solutions, and timely implementation of solutions with high availability and performance. Your proven experience in managing application outsourcing activities as a means to achieve service delivery and cost efficiency improvement will be highly valued.
