Digital QA Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform)

Support global Microsoft Power Platform projects by performing manual testing, ensuring application quality, and delivering seamless digital user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing for Microsoft Power Platform solutions across global business functions.
• Validate Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related digital applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects while coordinating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure applications meet business and quality standards before deployment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, developers, and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct regression, system integration, and functional testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Prepare testing reports, documentation, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or application support roles.
• Hands-on experience performing manual testing for enterprise applications or digital platforms.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management, and UAT processes.
• Experience working with regional or global project teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
