(Senior) IT Service Delivery Manager (Banking, Contract)

A well-known and sizable bank in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee critical IT services, ensuring operational stability, service quality, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery across infrastructure, workplace technology, and operational support functions
• Monitor and report service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Lead major incident management activities and coordinate technical teams during critical service disruptions
• Ensure Change Management processes are followed to minimise operational risks
• Oversee Problem Management activities to reduce recurring incidents
• Partner with business users and senior stakeholders to understand service requirements and priorities
• Provide management reports, dashboards, and service metrics to leadership teams

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery experience
• 3+ years in a management or service delivery leadership role
• Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or highly regulated environments preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese

Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including:

• Windows & Microsoft 365
• End User Computing (EUC)
• Network & Connectivity
• Cloud Services
• Data Centre Operations
