IT Support Officer - Workplace Tech & M365 (Contract)

A well-known financial services organisation seeking an IT Support Officer - Workplace Technology & Microsoft 365 (Contract) to provide workplace technologies support for end users across Microsoft 365, desktop computing, and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end user for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications
• Manage user accounts, access requests, and password resets through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests within agreed service levels using the ITSM ticketing system
• Assist with Microsoft Intune endpoint management, security policies, and device compliance activities

Candidate profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2-5 years’ experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or End User Computing environments
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 10/11, and workplace collaboration technologies
• Experience with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated environments would be an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage
