Senior Officer - IT Support & Service Delivery (Contract)

A leading multinational bank is seeking an experienced Technical Support and Service Delivery Partner in Hong Kong to support its Investment Services business.

This role combines hands-on technical support, service delivery, and stakeholder management, serving as a key interface between business users, internal technology teams, and external vendors to deliver effective, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for end users on technology-related matters, system enhancements, and project initiatives
• Provide day-to-day technology support
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with internal IT teams to develop effective technology solutions
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Support investment-related platforms and processes, including securities, mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and wealth management services
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and technology risk controls

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support, application support, business technology management, or a related function within the financial services industry
• Experience supporting Investment Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Capital Markets businesses is preferred
• Strong understanding of investment products, operational processes, and client servicing workflows
• Experience coordinating with business users, internal technology teams, and external vendors
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of investment applications and market data platforms, such as Bloomberg, is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Chinese
