ERP Support Consultant

A well-established and rapidly growing systems integrator with a strong presence across Asia are seeking an ERP Support Consultant to provide day-to-day application support for ERP systems, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution, and effective business process support for its clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for ERP systems, ensuring smooth business operations for clients
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues within agreed service levels
• Analyse user requirements and provide effective solutions or system workarounds
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, incidents, and enhancement requests
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation for enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure service excellence and project success

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in ERP support, application support, or ERP consulting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly in Finance, Procurement and Inventory
• Experience in incident management, problem-solving, and user support within a client-facing environment
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, database concepts, and system integration is an advantage
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
