Assistant Manager, IT Support & Infrastructure (FS)

A leading bank seeks an Assistant Manager (IT Support & Infrastructure) in Hong Kong to lead multi-site operations, enhance service excellence, and optimise workplace technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-site IT Helpdesk team, ensuring effective resource planning, service coverage, and continuous team development
• Analyse service desk metrics and support trends to improve IT service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency
• Manage IT infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, and VDI platforms to maintain secure and reliable workplace environments
• Drive workplace technology projects including office relocations, expansions, A/V integration, and hardware deployments
• Manage technology vendors and support budget planning to optimise IT investments and enable long-term technology strategies
• Champion IT governance, security compliance, and knowledge-sharing practices to build a resilient and high-performing support function

Candidate profile:

• 7+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, and service delivery across complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including image management and deployment
• Proven team leadership experience supporting multi-office or regional IT environments with effective resource management
• Experience delivering workplace technology projects, including office relocations, expansions, infrastructure deployments, and technology planning
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, partnering effectively with internal teams and external service providers
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills to support diverse business users and regional stakeholders
