Project Manager – Enterprise System Intergration

Lead enterprise integration projects and platform initiatives, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Job Duties

• Drive integration and platform-related projects from initiation to go-live.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams, technology partners, and offshore vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project governance, compliance, security standards, and quality controls.
• Manage vendor performance, contract obligations, and key project milestones.
• Support the strategic growth of enterprise integration capabilities and platform services.
• Maintain platform roadmap and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Ensure smooth transition into production and ongoing operational readiness.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including significant exposure to enterprise-scale project delivery.
• Proven experience leading system, platform, or integration initiatives through full implementation cycles.
• Strong background in project planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and governance reporting.
• Familiarity with product roadmap planning and platform lifecycle management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Understanding of API, middleware, cloud integration, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Exposure to MuleSoft, Kafka, Solace, or Azure integration technologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
