ERP Transformation Lead - (SAP Finance, Oracle, 80k)

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance ERP Lead to act as the key owner of finance application platforms and ERP initiatives within the Group IT function. Reporting to the IT Manager, this individual contributor role will serve as the primary technology partner to the Finance function, driving ERP transformation, solution design, system enhancements, and future-state architecture across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance ERP lead within Group IT, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system and technology solutions.
• Lead ERP enhancement, implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Finance modules within SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Drive process improvements across General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver projects and system enhancements.
• Support ERP integrations, data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
• Ensure system performance, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Provide recommendations on future ERP and Finance technology roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP, Finance Systems, Finance Technology, or Enterprise Applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong technology background with knowledge of ERP architecture, system integration, data migration, and enterprise applications.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working in a regional or global environment.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in an individual contributor role.
