Key Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives across banking platforms and operational functions.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors to translate business objectives into executable project plans.
• Oversee project governance, financial tracking, timelines, resource planning, and delivery milestones to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate requirement analysis, solution evaluation, testing activities, implementation planning, and production rollout.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution, while providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring alignment across multiple business units and technology teams.
• Champion project management best practices and Agile delivery methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate change readiness, user adoption planning, and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of project management experience within banking or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking and/or Corporate Banking products, operations, and customer journeys.
• Exposure to Digital Banking, Data Management, CRM, Customer Experience, Regulatory Change, or Banking Transformation programmes would be highly advantageous.
• Solid experience managing project budgets, vendor relationships, governance processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Strong business analysis capability with the ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
