SVP - Project Manager (Post Trade, Chinese Speaking)

A major financial market infrastructure organisation seeks an experienced SVP - Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead large-scale strategic programmes shaping the future of post-trade and financial market infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-profile transformation initiatives, influence senior decision-makers, and work across business, technology, risk, operations, legal and regulatory functions in a complex, highly connected environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end accountability for the delivery of one or more large-scale, strategic programmes and portfolios
• Report to programme steering committees comprising senior executives across the business. The role requires the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, balancing business priorities, technology delivery, regulatory obligations, market readiness, and organisational change
• Lead initiatives that shape the future evolution of Hong Kong's financial market infrastructure while working closely with business, technology, operations, risk, legal, regulatory, and external market stakeholders

Candidate profile:

• Experienced and accomplished leader with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes within financial market infrastructure or financial services environments
• Experience working closely with quantitative risk management and post-trade functions, alongside exceptional stakeholder management capabilities to drive successful outcomes across multiple high-profile initiatives
