Senior Programme Delivery Lead - (PMO, Governance 100k)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business strategy into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage programme timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive collaboration and alignment across business, operations, technology, and other key teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Track business benefits, user adoption, and overall programme success.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and support key decision-making processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably within regulated industries.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience in customer-focused, operational transformation, regulatory, or strategic business initiatives is highly desirable.
