Business Analyst- Life Insurance -Digital ~48K

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with life insurance expertise and digital platform experience to drive customer-facing web and mobile transformation initiatives.

Job Duties

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital insurance platforms, customer-facing web portals, and mobile applications.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation and customer journey enhancement initiatives across life insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Assist in system implementation, change management, and post-launch support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, policy administration processes, and insurance operations.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions, including web portals and mobile applications.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Cantonese and English communication skills are preferred.
