Project Manager - Enterprise ERP Transformation

Support and deliver enterprise ERP transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to drive successful business and digital transformation outcomes.

Job Duties

• Support and manage enterprise ERP transformation and digital transformation projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reporting, and governance activities.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change requests, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Assist in business process improvement initiatives and ERP implementation activities across multiple functional areas.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and management reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and programme leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, ERP implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience participating in enterprise ERP transformation projects or large-scale system implementation initiatives.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in consulting firms, system integrators, or consulting-led project environments would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams in a fast-paced project environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are preferred.
