My client is looking for a BA with either HRIS or ERP (Yonyou) implementation experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end ERP and HRIS implementation activities across business functions, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Review and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency, governance, compliance, reporting, and user experience.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, data requirements, system workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate business process and solution design workshops, ensuring requirements are translated into practical system configurations and solutions.
  • Coordinate data cleansing, preparation, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities to support successful system deployment.
  • Review data mappings and validate conversion outcomes across employee, organisational, financial, and operational data sets.
  • Support and coordinate system integrations between ERP, HRIS, payroll, finance, and other enterprise applications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel runs, payroll validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
  • Manage testing teams, track defects, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure timely closure of testing activities.
  • Validate system functionality and integrations from a business perspective, ensuring operational and reporting requirements are met.
  • Support cutover planning, deployment readiness activities, business continuity planning, and post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting materials, process documentation, training guides, status reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.
  • Provide structured recommendations and project updates to project managers, business leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive decisions, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP, HRIS, enterprise systems implementation, or business transformation projects.
  • Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle ERP and/or HRIS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, finance, and enterprise business processes.
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, system implementation, data migration, and integration projects.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business, technical, vendor, and executive audiences.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with data analysis, reconciliation, migration templates, and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
