Director (Insurance, Client/Customer Product Development)

My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director to oversee the client centric product development.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision and strategy to meet client-centric goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with business and technology strategies.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing scope based on client impact.
• Conduct market analysis to identify gaps in client experience.
• Lead product development and manage squads to deliver on vision.
• Own user stories and acceptance criteria; assess product value through client metrics.
• Facilitate release planning and weekly demos.

Requirements:

• University degree; 15+ years of experience in Insurance or Financial Institutions.
• Proven track record in client satisfaction and digital journeys.
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital sales solutions.
• Strong product development and management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and customer behaviors.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Certification as Agile Product Owner preferred.
