Senior Manager, Data & AI Solutions – Global Consultancy

A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & AI Solutions to join its fast-growing Data & AI team in Hong Kong.

This is a senior opportunity to combine Data & AI expertise, consulting and presales leadership, engaging C-level stakeholders, shaping client solutions and leading delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage senior business stakeholders and C-level leaders to identify priorities and shape Data & AI opportunities
• Lead solution discussions and pitch Data & AI capabilities to multiple client stakeholders
• Develop and lead business presentations that demonstrate the team’s capabilities and value
• Shape and lead Data & AI solutions from opportunity through delivery
• Build the technical consulting capability required to support multiple projects
• Identify and staff suitable AI and technical consultants across project requirements
• Influence solution direction while ensuring effective delivery for the client

Candidate profile:

• 7–15 years’ overall professional experience
• Experience in consulting, a technology vendor or technology sales within a large US technology organisation
• Strong technical knowledge across Data & AI
• Proven presales experience, including solution pitching and business presentations
• Confidence engaging senior business stakeholders and C-level audiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Cantonese-speaking ability is essential
