Solutions Analyst - API, Data & Integration (Contract)

A well-known global technology company recognised for delivering innovative digital solutions and enterprise platforms seeks a motivated Solutions Analyst - API, Data & Integration to support initiatives across portfolio management, reporting, and enterprise system integrations.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to design, analyse, and implement scalable integration solutions that enhance data visibility and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support platforms (Jira), including data extraction, reporting, workflow analysis, and system optimisation
• Develop and manage integrations using Jira REST APIs and other enterprise application interfaces
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data mapping, transformation, and integration requirements
• Design and support ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across multiple systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
• Support enterprise planning and portfolio management platforms
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across integrated systems and reporting environments

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with Jira administration, Jira REST APIs, and data extraction/reporting
• Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, API frameworks, and system integration architecture
• Experience supporting PPM, portfolio reporting, financial management, or resource management solutions
• Knowledge of Planview SPM is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including fluent spoken Cantonese
