AI Business Partner / AI Adoption Manager

Lead enterprise AI initiatives, partner with global stakeholders, and accelerate AI adoption to deliver measurable business value and transformation outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across global markets to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and innovation.
• Lead the planning and execution of AI, GenAI, analytics, and data initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Drive user adoption and organisational change to ensure AI solutions become embedded in day-to-day business processes.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, strategy discussions, and executive presentations to align stakeholders and project objectives.
• Monitor programme outcomes, adoption metrics, and business benefits to maximise return on technology investments.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to establish AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in AI, data, analytics, digital transformation, or technology consulting environments.
• Experience gained from consulting firms, system integrators, technology vendors, or data solution providers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple business functions and international stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and drive change across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills at all organisational levels.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
