AI Forward Deployed Engineer - Insurance

Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI, RAG, AI Agent, and workflow automation solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI services using modern development frameworks.
• Customize and optimize AI applications to meet business, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct solution workshops, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI solutions in production environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI best practices across the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, solution engineering, consulting, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, including hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or n8n.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, and related AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
• Prior experience in client-facing, consulting, professional services, or solution delivery environments is highly preferred.
