Business Analyst (Gen AI, Insurance) - 75k

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and digital solutions can enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements, use cases, user stories, and solution recommendations.
• Evaluate business value, feasibility, risks, and adoption considerations for AI-enabled initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and solution implementation.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis artifacts, including business requirement documents, process maps, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and innovative approaches to business challenges.
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing, implementation activities, training sessions, and post-deployment adoption.
• Promote awareness and adoption of emerging technologies and AI capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience creating business analysis deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, user journeys, and value maps.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience supporting technology implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging business and technical audiences.
• Prior exposure to consulting environments, AI initiatives, digital products, or enterprise transformation programs is advantageous.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, or related disciplines are beneficial.
