Presales AD/Director AI & Data - Large Consultancy (FS)

International consultancy is looking to expand its AI & Data offering with their existing Financial Services client base.

What you’ll do:

◾️Stable and international team from a global consultancy
◾️Mostly partner with large Financial Services (Investment, Banks, Insurance)
◾️Influence and engage with senior business stakeholders and C-Levels
◾️Develop winning proposals and bids

◾️ Shape client vision and strategy

◾️ Lead complex solutioning

◾️Drive sales and revenue growth

◾️Prepare and lead business presentation around the team capability

◾️Maintain market and technology leadership

◾️Develop strategic partnerships
◾️ Collaborate internally with GenAI / Data Architects and delivery staff

◾️ Mentor and grow talent and coach data architects and pre-sales teams.

What you’ll bring:
🔹10 to 18 years of experience overall

🔹 Financial Services clients exposure
🔹Experience from Consulting, smaller Tech vendor or large US Tech sales
🔹Existing Hong Kong network
🔹Cantonese speaking skills is a massive advantage but not a must
🔹Open to relocate from overseas

📍 Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role
💸 Salary budget: HKD 90 to 130k/month + year-end bonus + quarterly commission
⌛️ Interview process: 3 rounds
✏️ Start date: October/November 2026 (can buy-out)
