About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established multinational technology company to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Group-level C-suite executive. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage complex schedules and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to a Group-level C-suite executive.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and extensive travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across different business units and regions.
  • Prioritize and monitor schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external commitments.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support ad hoc projects, events, and business initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
  • 5-9 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and executive scheduling in a large or multinational organization.
  • Experience supporting Group-level, regional, or global executives is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with multiple Executive Assistants and senior management teams.
  • Native or near-native Mandarin is essential to support a China-based C-suite executive.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
