About the Role

An exclusive private residence is seeking a highly professional Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of the household and lead a team of domestic staff. This position is ideal for candidates with luxury hospitality, hotel butler, or residence management experience who understand exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of a high-end private residence
• Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate household staff including domestic helpers and drivers
• Develop and implement service standards, household procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate household schedules, maintenance, vendor management, and special events
• Oversee pet-related arrangements and ensure the overall smooth running of the residence
• Handle travel logistics and accompany the Principal when required
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver a five-star hospitality experience at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in household management, luxury hospitality, hotel operations, butler services, or residence management
• Background from reputable hotels, private clubs, luxury residences, or ultra-high-net-worth family offices preferred
• Strong leadership and staff training capabilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passion for hospitality and genuine care for people and service excellence

Working Hours & Benefits

• 6-day work week
• Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Must be available to support occasional weekends, public holidays, and travel arrangements
• Live-in or live-out arrangement can be considered
