Reservation Sales Executive

Job Duties

• Handle and follow up on client enquiries and reservations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and prepare relevant reports

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality, Business or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in hotel sales, reservations or client-facing roles
• Experience in face-to-face client engagement is highly preferred
• Proactive, outgoing and client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant systems
