CSR & QA Coordinator

My client is a sizable manufacturing and trading company specializing in apparel components, they are seeking for a CSR & QA Coordinator for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product testing activities with external laboratories, including arranging tests, monitoring progress, and managing test reports. Liaise closely with testing agencies, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure testing is completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Maintain and administer quality, compliance, audit, and certification records, ensuring proper documentation, version control, filing, and retrieval processes.
  • Track certification validity and renewal schedules, and work with subsidiary companies to facilitate timely certification updates and renewals.
  • Support CSR and Quality Assurance system administration, including data maintenance, record management, and compliance monitoring.
  • Assist with CSR and QA initiatives, research projects, surveys, and the collection and consolidation of information from subsidiary companies.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, processing invoices, and following up on project deliverables.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of product compliance, quality assurance, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) requirements, with the ability to interpret relevant regulations, testing standards, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
