Senior Logistic Officer / Assistant Manager (FMCG)

A leading FMCG organisation seeks a Senior Logistics Officer / Assistant Manager in Hong Kong to streamline logistics operations, strengthen partner coordination, and ensure seamless customer service.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Logistics Officer / Assistant Manager, you will oversee end-to-end logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and delivery fulfilment to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.

• Coordinate with vendors and freight forwarders to align ex-factory dates, manage inbound shipments, and ensure timely warehouse arrivals
• Oversee dropshipment orders from factories to regional customers, coordinating with freight forwarders and preparing shipping documentation to meet regional customs and import/export requirements
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching, while monitoring dispatch and inventory accuracy to drive operational improvements
• Partner with customer service teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve delivery exceptions, address customer inquiries, maintain service levels, and ensure efficient fulfilment
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure timely and accurate Purchase Order status reporting

Candidate profile:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in logistics execution or warehouse management, preferably within the Apparel & Fashion industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office for efficient data management and communication
• Strong communication, interpersonal, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of regional import/export procedures and customs documentation, with good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
