Events Executive, Banking (Jan 2027 Start | 6-Month Contract)

Main Responsibilities:

• Organise and coordinate internal and external events across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.
• Support the delivery of public relations events, media briefings, conferences, and industry seminars.
• Plan and execute internal events including town halls, leadership forums, staff engagement activities, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate CSR and DE&I initiatives to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in event management within an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Positive team player with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Eager to work in an international environment and contribute to high-impact events.
• Interest in financial services and regional market developments is an advantage.
