Senior Manager (Corporate Communications - NGO / Public Body)

A leading NGO / public body seeks a Senior Manager (Corporate Communications) in Hong Kong to strengthen its public image, stakeholder engagement, and community impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all corporate communication and education initiatives in the capacity of Head of the Corporate Communications Division
  • Lead the planning, organisation, and implementation of publicity activities for corporate communication and education programmes with a focus on deepening engagement with key stakeholders
  • Oversee branding and promotional strategies for company’s publicity campaigns and programmes, including leading the production of the Annual Report
  • Optimise online and offline communication tools and channels to promote, while advising on and supervising the creation of communication and promotional materials such as websites, promotional videos, leaflets, and posters
  • Manage media relations by handling enquiries, drafting press releases and responses, arranging media briefings, interviews, or visits, and monitoring public and media sentiment

Candidate profile:

  • A university degree or equivalent, preferably majoring in public relations, marketing, communication, journalism or business administration
  • At least 10 years’ working experience (of which at least 5 years should be at supervisory level) in publicity, public relations and media management and engagement, brand building, event management or corporate communications in sizeable corporations, non-governmental organisations, public relations agencies or government departments
  • Experience in independently handling publicity campaigns will be an advantage
