Global Brand Marketing & Communication Head(Quiet Luxury Brand)
Our client is a quiet luxury brand from France
About my client
This is a Paris-founded independent designer brand, known for experimental construction and a genderless design language. It sells through global DTC plus Mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. The company is building a global integrated marketing system in which brand content actually produces qualified traffic, members and sales.
What you will
Annual integrated marketing plan
- Own the annual brand marketing strategy: quarterly themes, campaign calendar, launch windows and how budget is split across markets and channels.
- For every campaign, lock the commercial question, audience, master message, content roles, channel mix, spend and KPIs before work starts.
- Keep one global brand line while adapting tone, media and channel mix for Mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
Campaigns, events and launches
- Lead product launches, brand moments, store activations, fashion-week partnerships and multi-market integrated campaigns.
- Stay on the campaign from brief to concept, production, media, talent, store and site handoff, go-live and post-campaign review.
- Design how traffic moves from campaign hub to landing page, PDP, CRM capture and social — so every asset has a destination.
PR, media, talent and KOLs
- Set the PR narrative, media plan and buying approach; own press releases, interviews, issues management, media relationships and release timing.
- Select and manage celebrity, ambassador and KOL/KOC partners against audience fit, content rights, channel use, risk and conversion — not follower count.
- Brief, pitch, brief-back and score PR firms, media agencies, production houses and creative partners on delivery and commercial result.
English and Traditional Chinese brand writing
- Write, or give final sign-off on, campaign concepts, brand statements, press releases, speeches, website and landing-page copy.
- Produce core copy in English and Traditional Chinese yourself, with a working feel for Taiwan and Hong Kong usage, media tone and cultural limits.
- Codify brand tone, vocabulary, headlines and CTAs; brief Simplified Chinese and Japanese localisation when the market requires it.
Content-to-commerce attribution
- Map the path from campaign content through PR, talent, KOLs, social and media onto the DTC site, into CRM and through to sales.
- Partner with traffic, site, e-commerce and CRM to agree UTMs, event tracking, audiences, dashboards and attribution windows.
- Move budget using qualified sessions, on-site depth, CRM growth, assisted revenue and marginal return — not reach alone.
Budget and operating discipline
- Build annual, quarterly and campaign budgets, with clear rules for when spend is added, stopped, shifted or held.
- Run the campaign operating rhythm: weekly reviews, go / no-go calls, post-mortems and agreed follow-through.
- Put in place a single archive for content rights, media evidence, contracts, invoices, results and assets that can be reused.
What will make you success
- 10+ years of integrated marketing / brand communications in fashion, design, lifestyle, beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience across annual IMC, campaigns/events, PR, media buying, talent or KOL partnerships and digital conversion.
- Professional writing ability in English and Traditional Chinese; able to produce brand copy in interview, without a translator or junior writer.
- At least two quantified cases showing how a campaign / PR / KOL programme drove qualified traffic, CRM, assisted revenue or direct revenue.
- Able to manage an annual budget, agencies and cross-market cadence, and explain when to add, stop or shift investment.
- Working fluency with UTM, web analytics, campaign dashboards and basic attribution; able to work with e-commerce, CRO, CRM and data teams.
