Risk and Compliance Analyst - 12 month contract

A well-known international bank is looking for a risk and compliance analyst for their digital banking team.

Successful candidates will join the team to help strengthen the risk management and compliance principals across banking operations. This role is ideal for banking professionals who are passionate about governance, risk mitigation, and supporting audit and regulatory requirements.

This role is within the digital banking team so any experience of digital or retail would be preferred.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of risk and compliance experience
• Experience financial services, ideally a retail or digital bank
• Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and contribute to process improvements
• Understanding of wider banking operations and risk management
• Confident communicator who can promote awareness of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
