WM business compliance, VP

An exciting opportunity with a regional bank with strong business segments in retail banking, commercial banking and wealth management. They are looking for a VP business compliance for their wealth management business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support investment-related projects and change initiatives, including those driven by local and regional needs
• Manage and oversee all sales suitability processes related to investment products, including relevant systems and procedures
• Design and implement enhancements to the investment sales and ordering processes
• Address and manage risks and compliance matters associated with investment products
• Develop and deliver regular training on investment suitability
• Assist in the resolution of incidents related to processes or systems

Requirements:

• University graduate is preferred
• Possess HKSI with CFA would be definite advantage
• Ability to work independently and analyse situations with prioritize
• Attention to details with strong organizational and time management
• Able to communicate effectively with influencing
• Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
• Strong in project management and presentation
