The Hong Kong Hedge Funds Salary Survey focuses on a narrower segment of the market, covering various types and sizes of hedge funds.

Data have been collated over the past 12 months and sourced from placements we have made with our clients, interviews with candidates in hedge funds, and a comprehensive survey of a cross-section of hedge funds in the Hong Kong market.

This year, base salaries are mainly flat or marginally lower in some areas, which aligns with market trends. Although bonuses have generally decreased, the data suggests that the majority, especially those at the junior end of the market, still received payment. The decline might not be as severe as many anticipated.
