Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a wide range of learning and professional development initiatives across different employee groups.
  • Design and implement learning solutions that support organizational capability building and workforce development.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to identify development needs and recommend suitable learning interventions.
  • Oversee talent development programmes, including graduate, early-career, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive employee learning engagement through various development activities, workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness through data analysis, participant feedback, and performance measurement.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, facilitators, and learning partners.
  • Monitor learning budgets and prepare regular reports and insights for management review.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction activities related to learning and development.
  • Contribute to organization-wide people development projects and cultural initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
  • Around 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
  • Experience gained from a large-scale corporate environment is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to talent development frameworks, leadership development, competency management, or succession planning would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS, e-learning systems, or learning technologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
