An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing investment management firm as a Human Resources Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will lead the full spectrum of HR activities and play a key role in supporting business growth, talent management, and organisational development across Hong Kong and international offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, reward programmes, and HR operations.
  • Drive learning & development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide HR reporting, workforce analytics, and support for audits and governance activities.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including managerial experience.
  • All rounded HR background covering talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Experience within financial services, asset management, or other regulated environments preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
