Employer Branding Lead (6M FTC, convertible to perm)

Join us as a Employer Branding Lead for one of our RPO clients and play a key role in building their future talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social, events, content, and targeted talent engagement activities, with a strong focus on measuring ROI, business impact, and campaign effectiveness.

• Translate global Employer Brand strategies into locally relevant campaigns and activations that strengthen employer reputation, enhance candidate engagement, and support critical hiring priorities.
• Enable recruiters and hiring managers to become effective employer brand ambassadors by developing and providing campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, content assets, and best-practice resources.
• Develop and cultivate talent communities through employer branding campaigns, talent events, and engagement initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with key talent segments and pipelines.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Employer Brand, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated talent attraction campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the central Employer Brand function to ensure brand consistency, governance, and alignment while tailoring activation strategies to meet local market and talent needs.
• Utilize talent market insights, audience data, and campaign analytics to personalize engagement strategies, optimize performance, and continuously enhance employer brand and recruitment marketing effectiveness.
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent attraction initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives, challenging conventional approaches, and identifying innovative opportunities to enhance candidate reach and engagement.
• Drive end-to-end project management for employer branding and talent marketing programs, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage external agencies and vendor partnerships, working closely with internal communications and marketing teams to develop and execute employer branding campaigns, content initiatives, events, and talent attraction activities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of employer branding experience
• Marketing personnels from recruitment/staffing firms are welcomed
• Regional experience in employer branding & recruitment marketing CoE is a plus
• Excellent project management skills especially on budget/cost management
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English & Cantonese is required
• The role starts from a 6 months FTC, and extendable/convertible to permanent subject to performance
