Key responsibilities:

• Support consultants throughout the hiring process
• Proactively reach out to and headhunt targeted candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial meetings or interviews with candidates and follow up using a structured system to ensure database accuracy
• Maintain ongoing candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Manage the CRM system to ensure the accuracy of candidate details, daily activities and follow-ups
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree
• Welcome fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years’ working experience
• Demonstrate strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proficient in using computer systems
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy when managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Enjoy reading local news and have a keen business sense
• Be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
