A leading bank, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the delivery of campus recruitment programmes and employer branding initiatives across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and shaping the next generation of talent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities for internship, graduate and management trainee programmes
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including candidate sourcing, attraction and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate assessment centres, interviews and selection exercises, providing recommendations on hiring decisions
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, student organisations and internal stakeholders to maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, social media, career fairs, campus events and university outreach programmes
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness and recommend continuous process improvements
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, procedures and data privacy requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment, graduate hiring, early careers or volume recruitment
  • Prior experience within banking, financial services or professional services is highly preferred
  • Proactive, organised and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, including written and spoken communication
