A reputable and well-established bank is seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team and support the bank's ongoing growth and hiring needs.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice and market insights.
• Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate the hiring process efficiently.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's presence in the talent market.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment analytics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR projects and talent acquisition initiatives as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within banking, financial services, or other corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
