A leading real estate organisation seeks an Assistant Manager (Employee Engagement) in Hong Kong to enhance workplace culture, strengthen employee experience, and drive impactful engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and continuous improvement of employee engagement programmes that strengthen organisational culture and enhance the overall employee experience
  • Design and deliver holistic wellbeing initiatives across physical, mental, social, and financial dimensions, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace
  • Analyse employee engagement surveys, workforce insights, and feedback to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive measurable improvements in engagement and culture
  • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to implement engagement strategies, employee listening initiatives, and internal communications that promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of employee engagement events, recognition programmes, leadership communications, and company-wide campaigns, ensuring high-impact employee experiences through effective stakeholder and vendor management

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or related HR functions
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives, including wellbeing programmes, engagement surveys, communication campaigns, culture-building activities, and employee events
  • Experience working within large-scale organisations, multinational corporations, or similarly complex business environments, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to independently lead initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation
  • Analytical, proactive, and people-focused, with the ability to translate employee insights into actionable strategies that enhance engagement, culture, and the overall employee experience
