A leading real estate organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager (Employee Engagement and Talent Development) to drive cultural transformation and develop future-ready talent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead organisation-wide culture transformation, employee engagement, and talent development strategies by fostering an AI-driven mindset that strengthens workforce readiness, adaptability, and long-term business growth
  • Design, scale, and evaluate AI literacy, leadership development, and learning frameworks that address competency gaps, support structured career progression, and build future-ready capabilities across all employee levels
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to develop AI adoption roadmaps, integrate ethical AI tools into talent programmes and daily operations, and drive successful change management initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end employee engagement strategy, including engagement frameworks, culture initiatives, pulse surveys, annual reviews, data analysis, and action planning to improve employee experience and organisational performance
  • Advise senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and business cases while leading internal communications that reinforce transformation milestones, employee wellbeing, and a high-performance workplace culture

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive Human Resources experience with strong expertise in talent development, organisational development, employee engagement, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience leading digital upskilling, AI adoption, and corporate learning programmes, with strong knowledge of workplace AI tools, automation trends, digital learning platforms, and training framework design
  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver organisation-wide culture transformation, change management, and transparent communications across complex corporate environments
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and engagement data, develop business cases, simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and foster collaborative relationships
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
