What you'll do:
As Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading transformative initiatives that elevate every aspect of the employee journey within a global services provider.
- Drive Group HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement by supporting the adoption of Employer Value Proposition across all entities and pursuing opportunities for external recognition.
- Collaborate closely with Entity HR teams to ensure both the design and effective execution of employee lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding journey enhancements tailored to local needs while maintaining alignment with Group strategy.
- Manage the entire employee engagement survey process including planning, setup, analysis, presentation of results, and follow-through on entity-level action plans with ongoing feedback monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a workplace culture that embraces Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) in alignment with Group strategy by actively promoting inclusive practices throughout the organisation.
- Provide strategic support to employee network groups across the organisation to foster belonging and equity by facilitating connections and sharing best practices.
- Assist in people analytics and data governance to ensure accurate insights inform decisions aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Participate in strategic HR projects which are aligned with the new People Strategy by contributing your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within the employee lifecycle and implement solutions that positively impact engagement.
- Support talent attraction efforts by contributing to employer branding activities that highlight the organisation’s commitment to inclusivity and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
What you bring:
The ideal Employee Experience Manager brings substantial proven experience from senior HR roles within multinational environments.
- You have over eight years of HR experience ideally with global or regional exposure which enables you to understand complex organisational dynamics across different cultures.
- Your hands-on expertise in executing HR projects throughout the employee lifecycle ensures you can deliver impactful solutions from onboarding through talent attraction.
- Experience in employer branding is highly desirable as it allows you to effectively communicate the organisation’s value proposition both internally and externally.
- You possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills which enable you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues at all levels across multiple entities.
- A recognised university degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines demonstrates your academic foundation.
- Your command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is exceptional; fluency in Putonghua is also required for effective communication within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential; knowledge of PowerBI and Canva would be advantageous for managing analytics and visual communications.
- You are resourceful with a strong commitment to achieving team goals through continuous improvement initiatives that benefit both employees and the organisation.
- Agility in adapting to new ways of working ensures you proactively seek effective solutions that align with evolving business needs.
