HR Generalist (MNC)

A European commercial company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment. This role will lead end-to-end hiring activities while supporting core HR operations across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Main Focus)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Screen, interview, assess, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage agency relationships and recruitment channels.
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and HR policies.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data accuracy.

Compensation, Benefits & Employee Support

  • Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee enquiries and HR documentation.

Projects & Engagement

  • Support training, employee engagement, and HR improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects and business support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of HR experience within an international environment.
  • Proven strength in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting multi-country HR activities is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
