What you'll do:

As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be entrusted with leading both strategic direction-setting and hands-on execution across all facets of HR and Administration.

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Administration operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, payroll governance, compliance, organisational development, and administrative support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six HR professionals and four administration staff to deliver best-in-class service to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the principal HR business partner to the General Manager, providing expert advice on people strategy and supporting the Remuneration Committee on compensation matters.
• Align people strategies with business objectives by collaborating closely with senior leadership as part of the Senior Management Committee.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR department efficiency and service delivery through process optimisation.
• Design and implement culture-building programmes that strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Champion organisational capability by rolling out robust performance management systems and impactful learning and development programmes.
• Ensure full compliance with local employment laws while balancing regional HR standards within a matrix reporting structure.
• Support expatriate employees through effective visa administration, relocation assistance, tax coordination, and cross-border mobility programmes.
• Actively monitor workforce trends in Hong Kong to inform relevant people strategies that drive business growth.

What you bring:

To excel as Senior Human Resources Manager in this unique setting requires not only deep technical knowledge but also outstanding interpersonal qualities.

• At least 12 years’ experience in an HR generalist capacity within multinational or matrixed organisations, demonstrating expertise in at least two core areas such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, organisation development or employee relations.
• A minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role managing direct reports across the full spectrum of human resources functions.
• Proven track record partnering effectively with senior executives and business leaders to shape people strategies that support organisational goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, regulations, and emerging workforce trends relevant to talent management.
• Experience working within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), F&B or manufacturing industries is highly desirable for this position.
• Demonstrated success supporting expatriate employees through visa administration processes, relocation logistics, tax coordination, and cross-border mobility programmes is highly preferred.
• Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling clear interaction with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• A customer- and solutions-oriented mindset combined with strong work ethics; results-driven approach with a sense of urgency when addressing challenges.
• Effective leadership abilities complemented by excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly within teams as well as across departments or external networks.
• Adaptability in navigating complex environments while maintaining focus on delivering practical HR solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
