About the Role

Our client is a well-established organization within the logistics and supply chain sector. They are seeking an HR Executive / Human Resources Business Partner to support designated business units and deliver comprehensive HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role has a strong HRBP focus, partnering closely with business leaders on employee relations, people matters, and talent initiatives, while also providing recruitment and talent acquisition support to meet ongoing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support on a wide range of people-related matters.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner in handling employee relations issues and staff cases, including performance concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and employee counseling, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Support managers in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational changes.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding to support business hiring needs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Support the administration and review of performance management frameworks, reward programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve people practices and business performance.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects, process enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies while promoting HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR Generalist, HRBP, or Human Resources experience gained from medium to large-sized organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing employee relations matters and staff cases is essential, including performance improvement cases, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and providing practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in designing, administering, or managing incentive schemes, sales commission structures, bonus programs, or performance-based reward initiatives would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with digital HR technologies or AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
