About the Role

They are seeking an HR Executive / HR Business Partner to support designated business units and deliver comprehensive people solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will work closely with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support across various people-related matters.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, rewards programs, and employee relations.
- Monitor workforce metrics and HR data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance people practices and business performance.
- Gather employee feedback through discussions, surveys, and engagement initiatives, and drive follow-up actions to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Support managers in handling people matters, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational changes.
- Act as a trusted HR contact for employees by providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, process improvements, and transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies while promoting best HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR generalist, HRBP, or human resources experience gained from medium to large-sized organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with digital HR technologies or AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Passionate about people, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
