Senior HR Officer / Deputy Manager, Compensation & Benefits (HRIS)

About the Company

Our client is a well-established global logistics and transportation organization with an extensive international presence. As part of their continued HR transformation journey, they are looking for a high-caliber C&B professional with strong HRIS expertise to join their regional HR team.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Operations

  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate execution of C&B processes.
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus exercises, and HR reporting activities.
  • Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.

HRIS & Systems Management

  • Act as a key HRIS subject matter expert, ensuring optimal performance of HR systems and related applications.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline HR processes, and improve user experience.
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), configuration reviews, and implementation activities.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee data across HR platforms.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage HR data and system capabilities to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Support HR transformation initiatives and system-related projects from planning through implementation.
  • Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Assist in process review and optimization initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

User Support & Governance

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support to HR teams and employees.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct system training sessions where required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and internal controls relating to HR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems Administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms is essential.
  • Experience supporting HR system enhancement, implementation, migration, or transformation projects will be highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of compensation & benefits processes and HR data management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions.
  • Proficient in Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
