COO

Muti Asset family office in HK. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer in running and scaling the firm.

The COO will be responsible for ensuring that the organization operates effectively day to day and is built to support the firm’s long-term growth. This includes overseeing the firm’s operational functions, governance framework, people and processes, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

A core responsibility of the role is to translate the firm’s strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and ensure strong execution across the team. The COO is expected to bring structure to complex issues, solve problems proactively, establish clear ownership and accountability, and drive priorities through to completion.

The COO will also lead the firm’s AI transformation. This goes beyond introducing AI tools into existing workflows. The objective is to build a more AI-native organization by rethinking how work is done, redesigning processes around new capabilities, improving productivity and decision-making, and helping the team develop the mindset and skills needed to work effectively with AI.

The role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The role reports to the CEO.

Prefer native English speaker with 10~20 years experience, start-up company background would be a plus
