Trade Support Analyst - Investment Banking

A well-known global investment bank are looking for a trade support candidate to join their capital markets team.

Successful candidates will have experience of trade operations and support from either a regional or international bank. Knowledge of trade reporting and reconciliation is necessary along with an ability to work with the wider team to help manage liquidity activities. A basic understand of regulatory requirements would be an advantage.

Candidates will be required to have a strong knowledge of the capital markets trade life-cycle along with a good understand of efficient trade processing. Ideal candidates will also have experience escalating and investigating trade abnormalities.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in either trade support or trade operations
• Proven track record of trade and transaction reporting from investment banking
• Strong knowledge of the trade life-cycle including reconciliation and managing liquidity activities
• An understanding of regulatory requirements and basic compliance guidelines
• A critical thinker able to identify anomalies and be able to escalate accordingly
• Strong team player with excellent communication
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
