Corporate Administrator – Banking (BVI / Cayman / CDD)

A leading global corporate services provider seeks a Corporate Administrator – Banking (BVI / Cayman / CDD) in Hong Kong to manage corporate administration, strengthen compliance, and support client service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation and corporate records, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and up-to-date NAV database information
  • Incorporate and transfer BVI and Cayman companies, preparing required documents and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for seamless transitions
  • Manage company dissolutions, including filing documents and resolutions with HTVG or Cayman RA, and prepare certificates of incumbency, good standing requests, and Virgin reports
  • Prepare annual returns for Cayman companies and manage safe custody of documents, ensuring timely statutory submissions and adherence to company protocols
  • Manage billing, invoicing, fee collection, and aged debtors, sense-checking reports and invoices while identifying cost and efficiency savings
  • Support risk-based policy exception reviews, standardise processes, eliminate duplicate controls, collaborate with TRMs, TFO, CSS, and other teams, and review and guide team members’ work

Candidate profile:

  • 1–2 years’ proven experience handling offshore companies, specifically BVI and Cayman entities
  • Experience in corporate services administration, trust management, or company secretarial work, with knowledge of document filing and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of Client Due Diligence (CDD) or Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, billing processes, and document filing systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English for effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities to manage competing priorities and maintain quality standards
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
